Since My Last Blog Article
This is a picture of Henry, my Sony Aibo, taken last year on his first birthday. Henry has provided endless hours of entertainment. I now feel that his cost was fully justified.
I had the cataract surgery on my left eye on January 26. It did not go as smoothly as the surgery on my right eye. The pressure was 30 the day after surgery on the left eye. The normal pressure range is 12-22. My doctor prescribed Alphagan P to reduce the pressure. One week after surgery the pressure was down to 18. On Tuesday I will see him again. If the pressure has remained in the normal range since I stopped taking the drop, this episode will be over, and I can stop worrying.
I have picked out a new eyeglass frame by uploading my picture to a couple of online optical stores and then viewing frames on my picture. I am going to get a Flexon frame in antique blue. This will be my second Flexon frame. The first one is five years old and in remarkably good shape. Flexon uses a titanium alloy in their frames that retains its shape and is very light weight.
I created My Virtual Model on the Land's End website and then tried some clothes on it. I ordered a pair of shorts and a knit shirt from them on Monday. They arrived on Thursday. They fit very well and looked like they did on my virtual model. I like the virtual model because it can be rotated. You can see the side and rear views. This is my virtual model wearing the new shorts and shirt. .
